It’s finally here…the larger cat’s cradle ruler I was hoping for, to use in the quilt I designed for the Quilt Sampler magazine 2 years ago.

If you have not yet used Deb Heatherly’s method for making this traditional block it is time to try it out and go big!

So let’s make my quilt from the magazine one more time using this unique method. The block is traditionally called Grandmother’s Choice and you will find it in many quilts, so purchasing the tool will allow for many more applications of its use!

There are many additional patterns and a great book by Deb to continue using this tool.
